Funds will be paid to the artists in two separate payments of $500: upon approval of artist and design concept by the Climate Action Office and upon successful completion of the bus shelter decorations (including decoration removal on Sunday, September 24). The budget for the project is $1,000 per bus shelter and must include all costs associated with artist’s fees, equipment, and supplies to protect the site, prepare the shelter surfaces (i.e., clean), and decorate the shelter.
